Self Service Options
Use our new online online price calculator feature to:
1. Calculate the cost of your shipment
- Prices are for the exact cost shipping a parcel between any of our stations
- Delivery, and Collect fees are separate
- To access these services, please visit our Station & Location finder to locate your closest location to drop parcels.
2. Create your own packing slip (waybill)
- If you have access to a scale and printer, you can key in the exact weight of your parcel and generate the packing slip for your ship. Saving time when you go to drop off the parcel!
Additional Notes
- A credit card is required for payment
- No printer? No problem…. If you don’t have printer access, provide the 8-character Transaction ID to the Maritime Bus terminal that you’re dropping your parcel off at. They will retrieve the waybill and print it off on-site
- Our Agents will verify your parcel’s weight at time of drop off. Charges will apply if the parcel’s recorded weight has been underestimated.

How Shipping Works
How to Address Your Package
- Your package does not need to be specially wrapped - any clean, secure, sealed and contained box or container is adequate.
- At the station, you will be asked to provide the sender's name and phone number, as well as the recipient's name and phone number.
- The employee will add this to your parcel slip (called a Waybill) that will be put directly onto the package. This waybill also has your transaction ID.
- Recipients will be notified by phone when their parcel is ready for pick up.
