Passenger Code Of Conduct
Maritime Bus wants to ensure the comfort and safety of all of our traveling passengers. Any passenger in violation of the Maritime Bus Code Of Conduct or exhibiting signs of intoxication will be denied transport. Maritime Bus reserves the right to search passengers suspected of violating the Passenger Code Of Conduct. If it is deemed the passenger has violated the Code it will result in the Maritime Bus ticket being deemed void and non-refundable.

Alcohol, illegal drugs, and unruly behaviour
Maritime Bus has a ZERO tolerance policy for consuming alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, and unruly behavior on the bus. Smoking is prohibited on Maritime Bus in accordance with Federal law.
Electronic simulated smoking materials, e-cigarettes, and smokeless cigarettes
The use of electronic simulated smoking materials, e-cigarettes, and smokeless cigarettes, is also prohibited.
Animals
Maritime Bus is unable to transport animals on the bus, unless the passenger requires a trained service animal to assist with travel. Service animals must be harnessed and under the control of the passenger at all times.
Passenger Etiquette
While you sit back and enjoy your transportation with Maritime Bus, we do have some recommendations to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. Maritime Bus simply asks that you be mindful and considerate of your neighbors traveling with you.
Maritime Bus advises passengers, unless it’s absolutely necessary, to remain seated while the bus is moving to ensure your safety.
Mobile and electronic devices
Mobile and electronic devices are ever present in today’s world. If you decide to take the time while traveling to listen to music, play games, or watch a movie on your handheld device, we encourage you to use headphones and keep the volume to a reasonable level. The same can be said if you need to answer a call and chat.
Food and refreshments
While Maritime Bus does not provide food and refreshments on board, passengers are permitted to take and enjoy their own food with them. All we ask is that you respect the bus and help keep them clean and tidy! Avoid any spills and look for the trash bins on board or take your trash with you when getting off.
