Please take notice that Maritime Bus has made application to the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board to discontinue  the scheduled line run Pilot Project, operating as Route 800 that currently leaves St. Stephen at 07:30am and arrives in Saint John at 10:25am and Route 801 that currently leaves Saint John at 3:35pm and arrives in St. Stephen at 6:25pm. Effective May 31/19.

APPLICATION FOR THE DISCONTINUANCE OF A SCHEDULED PUBLIC MOTOR BUS SERVICE BETWEEN THE COMMUNITIES OF SAINT JOHN AND ST. STEPHEN

Coach Atlantic Transportation Group (Coach Atlantic) has applied to the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board (Board) for approval of the discontinuance of its scheduled public motor bus service between the communities of Saint John and St. Stephen. The Board shall hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at 11:00 AM in the morning, at the Board’s office, 15 Market Square, Suite 1400, Saint John.

Any person who wishes to oppose the application shall file a written notice of objection with the Board by using the contact information below on or before Monday, May 27, 2019 setting out their choice of official language for the hearing and their reasons for objection. Please refer to Matter No. 445 in your correspondence.

DEMANDE VISANT L’ABANDON DU SERVICE D’AUTOBUS RÉGULIER ENTRE LES COMMUNAUTÉS DE SAINT JOHN ET DE ST. STEPHEN

Coach Atlantic Transportation Group Inc. (Coach Atlantic) a déposé une demande auprès de la Commission de l’énergie et des services publics du Nouveau Brunswick (Commission) pour l’approbation de l’abandon de son service d’autobus régulier entre les communautés de Saint John et de St. Stephen.

La Commission tiendra une audience publique, le jeudi 30 mai 2019, à 11 h 00 dans les bureaux de la Commission au 15, Market Square, bureau 1400, Saint John, Nouveau-Brunswick.

Toute personne désirant s’opposer à la demande doit déposer un avis d’opposition écrit auprès de la Commission, en utilisant les coordonnées ci-dessous, au plus tard le lundi 27 mai 2019, indiquant leur préférence quant à la langue officielle, et leurs raisons d’opposition. Quarterly Fuel Surcharge Change

Effective April 15, 2019, the Board orders a change to the Fuel surcharge from 3% to 2.5% for all passenger fares for inter-city motor coach service provided by Coach Atlantic/Maritime Bus. This surcharge shall remain in effect until such time as changes are made by the Board.
